Plot Synopsis
Boisterous musical-comedy with Cicely Courtneidge well to the fore as Sally, an aspiring cabaret artist, who by posing as a French �star� Zaza, wangles her way into a job at Chicago-born impresario Mike Kelly�s nightclub. On the opening night, Sally is kidnapped by American gangsters who are associates of Kelly (Sam Hardy), intent on blackmailing him and taking over his club.
