Looks like Derek Chafer too just to picture right of the car's nearside lamp.

Do you mean the fair-haired man standing next to the lady in the white coat? Well spotted if you're right:

Alexis Kanner has managed to start the car and joins Roger Moore and Claudie Lange for the race.

Thanks, Movie Dude. As I expected, better than my attempt at zooming. Perhaps you can do the same with 'Derek Chafer'?

Does anyone recognize this actor playing a Colonel in Goldfinger? I assume he's a Canadian, and he looks really familiar, but I can't get the name...

Congratulations! As for the previous subject, it might help to know what the music video is so we can see him in real time.

A DVD I bought from Network's recent sale, Male of the Species, contains a trilogy of short plays originally broadcast as part of Saturday Night Theatre. The last of them is Emlyn, a barrister played by Paul Scofield. As luck would have it, the extras are named in the camera script included as a special feature. I've cropped part of a shot from the courtroom scene to focus on the "plainclothes solicitors", who I believe are (left to right) Anthony Mayne, Bob Raymond and Frank Littlewood:

I can just about tell that's Juba Kennerley behind my new subject (the man with the glasses).
And behind Juba is, I think, Maurice Quick, with leading lady Anna Calder-Marshall at the back.

    The Mayne attraction

Very hopeful that both these images are of Anthony Mayne
in episodes of The Fenn Street Gang (left) and Mr. Rose:

Should Auld Aquaintance (1971) | The Unlucky Dip (1968)

Anthony does wear glasses in an earlier episode of Mr. Rose,
The Honest Villain (1967). Comparison with the Emlyn image:

That should be enough to convince us. His '1st Reporter' role in The Honest Villain is the only one of the four illustrated here where Mr. Mayne is given the chance to speak. I couldn't find him in gangster series Spindoe, the first thing I looked for, but will try again tomorrow. In the meantime, I'm going to locate his appearance in Coronation Street - and report back within the hour!

    Alright, two hours ...

A much better shot of 'Inspector' Mayne, with William Moore as Cyril Turpin in a 1969 episode of Coronation Street:

"The first to be made in colour"*. Cyril, who has been injured in a coach crash, arrives at Casualty looking for wife Betty.

    *Episode 924 (3rd November 1969)

Identifying Eve Aubrey and Joan Pendleton

Both extras appear in the same episodes of Public Eye & Within These Walls.

I have enough evidence to prove this is Eve, not Joan as I've so long thought,
with Les Conrad in Public Eye - Home and Away (recorded in December 1972):

The first image seems to be the best match. She is billed as Albury in the uncredited cast lists
of both shows and Aubrey in the b&w film. But is it her in the 3rd photo? The nose looks right:

Within These Walls - Remand Wing (1975); Mini Weekend (1967); and Ace of Wands - Sisters Deadly (1972)

The full image from Within These Walls. I believe that's Joan Pendleton next to Eve, followed by two unknowns:

Comparison with another extra in the Public Eye episode:

I reckon that's the same woman - Joan Pendleton.

Eve Aubrey again. During the wedding reception scene in All Coppers Are ... (1972):

Passing Wendy Allnutt and Carmel McSharry, who plays the mother of David Essex. On the left is Jimmy Charters.

Watching What Have You Done to Solange? there is a black actor in it who appears only in London-shot scenes who nobody seems to have identified, playing a character, "Philip Sullivan". My guess is he was British-based. suburban england background.png
I initially thought it was Peter Straker, but now I am not so sure.

The film is an Italian film, who often left some foreign actors uncredited, hence my suspicion he was a British-based actor.
    Anybody have any idea?

I can see why you thought of Peter Straker (as he looked then):

Girl Stroke Boy (1971)|What Have You Done to Solange? (1972)

I mainly remember Peter from his appearances on James Whale's show on LWT, in the early 1990s.

The chin was the first giveaway. He's missing Straker's distinct cleft-dimple.

Good luck with your search for a name.

Now that I have all the confirmation I need, the final appearance at this thread
of Eve Aubrey - as a tearful prison visitor in the Villains episode Bernie (1972):

With Bill Barnsley as the also-uncredited warden. Is he the brother of Bernard? Bernie was played by Tom Adams.
