1960s film set underwater

Can anyone please help with the title to this film? I remember seeing this film in 1975, but cannot recall it's title. It is either American or British. It is about a family who live in a futuristic style house at the bottom of the ocean. The eldest son is in a band, who is often playing rock and roll tunes. The home comes under attack from sharks. This is all I can remember.
