Maybe either THE MAN IN THE BACK SEAT or STRONGROOM?
I should know this but it's slipped my memory. I saw a black & white film which
featured Derren Nesbitt as a villain & there was a scene in a pub or club which
involved a beautiful Jamaican woman. Derren kept referring to her as his
"little blackbird" I think. She only had a very small role & was not an integral part
of the story. I was hoping someone could refresh my memory. Thanks!

Thanks but no, I've got both of those & she's not in either film.

It's from the 1963 film The Informers. Derren Nesbitt plays Bertie Hoyle an underworld villain. The Jamaican lady was played by an actress called Faye Craig and was not credited in the film.
