Could it be "The Flock" with Richard Gere and Claire Danes
This film was on tv about a year ago, it's about a small american town, that dispenses it's own justice on past sex offenders, in a scene towards the end a man has his stomach cut open, it is a serious film although there are a few funny parts, it appears the town mr big is quite corrupt. I have a feeling it was called something like *****ville but I cant be sure. I know it has a well know actor playing a detective but I cant remember his name either, Help please
