Paul, I always feel that my life never really got started until after 50, I didn't do anything big before then, apart from flying to New York for the weekend and meeting my favourite star.
Everything really got going after 50. I left the job that I had been in for 18 years and got a new career. I did my first abseil at 53, and the first of three sky dives at 54. I became a Film Extra at 64, and learned to swim at 68, so you see, you have plenty of time compared to me!

if you don't get married or have children then you don't have to worry about any restrictions after 30!
seriously though,i've recently turned 36 and if i were you i'd do all the physical things you want to do immediately!!
Do something positive for yourself. Go traveling, learn a foreign language (try Rosetta Stone), then go skydiving.

Well i'm trying to learn Polish, my dream is actually to go to Egypt and see The Valley of the Kings, Memphis etc]

haha, to be honest i think id prefer a saga to an 18-30 i enjoy my sleep too much
