If you follow WhoFan's posts I think you would see without a doubt he is referring to the Doctor.
During the last 1-2 months i have tried to perform a poll in order to find the best horror actor and the best horror actress. Unfortunately the success of this was only very little, since only 11 people voted. Among the men we saw a very clear winner in Peter Cushing, but among the women there were two winners, namely Barbara Shelley and Barbara Steele. Since i think it would be best to end up with only one winner, i will ask you to vote once more:
Who do you think is the best horror actress...Barbara Shelley or Barbara Steele?
Maybe i should clarify that you should only judge from their appearances in horror movies.
Another thing i will clarify is that i will declare two winners if i receive less than five votes and/or if we have another tie.
Although i am an Hammer addict with almost 180 titles in my collection, my vote goes to Barbara Steele!
Finally a comment to something WhoFan said in the previous poll: I fully agree that nothing at all is found out with THIS poll/thread. So you could certainly look at this as a complete waste of time, but personally i at least find it a bit entertaining waste of time... But in my original poll i DON'T agree that we didn't find out of anything. I agree that we didn't find out who really are the best horror stars, but personally i heard about some new names i got to check out, and then i realized that Donald Pleasance has made many more horror movies than i thought. So i certainly think that something was learned there!
To WhoFan again: I feel like 98% sure that you are a fan of the music group, but some friend recently suggested that it theoretically could be of Dr. Who, so i just want to make 100% sure?

Barbara Steele is dubbed in all of her Italian horror films so it is very difficult to say who gives the best performance.
Barbara Shelley was very good in Cat Girl and Dracula Prince of Darkness.

Hard to choose between the Barbaras but I'd probably just plump for Shelley over Steele due to Quatermass and the Pit (and her fine cycling abilities).
