ULTRAVIOLET Channel 4 TV Series 6 x 50 Minute Episodes

Starring Jack Davenport,Idris Elba,Susannah Harker and

    Phillip Quast.

Looking for a 'clean' dvd quality set of the six episodes

of Ultraviolet, the Channel 4 Vampire series from 1998 (not the

god awful movie made a couple of years ago!) I was shown a

very poor quality episode by a pal who had got it from the

net somewhere, and I remembered that I liked it the first

time around! So,anyone want to trade/sell the dvd(s) of this

    rather good series?

It's not available afaik. I've seen it on Amazon and Play - but they're reseller listings (which can be imports, boots, scratched 2nd hand....).

4OD. Think that's your only option if you're dead set against buying from online retailers

It was on the shelf in Oxford's HMV two weeks ago so it may still be available through some of their outlets. But of course it is much cheaper from online retailers ...

Thanks for the suggestions,I appreciate them.

But to clarify my position,I will never buy from

an online retailer. The DVD set is no longer on sale

legally;I was hoping that maybe some member had the

set, which they no longer wanted, and would be willing

to sell/trade as per the rules of the forum.4OD is an

option to view it,but I wanted the set on dvd to watch

in comfort,as and when I wanted, not in front of my pc.

So thanks one and all, I shall keep searching...

Luthien, CeX is a chain of stores where you can buy secondhand

DVDs (amongst other things). They have a website and doing a quick

search I've found Ultraviolet sets selling in many of their stores up and down the country

    for just £8. Link below

    Ultraviolet

There may be a branch near you that has it?

    Just a suggestion.

If it is for sale from an online retailer, it is available legally. There's nothing wrong with selling OOP DVDs either second hand or to get rid of stock!

I got it secondhand from a branch of Blockbuster video (ex-rental, but in decent condition).
