I love suspense, horror, thriller anthology series. My favourites are Brian Clemen's Thriller, Boris Karloff's Thriller, Journey To The Unknown, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Tales Of The Unexpected and many more.

Just wondering what favourite or well remembered episodes people might have?.

A few of mine would be

Journey To The Unknown - One On An Island, The Indian Spirit Guide, The Last Visitor.

Boris Karloff's Thriller - A Wig For Miss Davore, Waxworks, Parasite Mansion.

Brian Clemen's Thriller - Possession, A Coffin For The Bride.

Hammer House Of Horror - The Silent Scream, The House That Bled To Death.

The Outer Limits - The Hundred Years Of The Dragon, The Bellero Shield, The Zanti Misfits.

Will add more in a future post.

The usual suspect - Michael Redgrave's ventriloquist episode in Dead of Night. It's the best part of a fantastic film.

I love the Quitters Inc episode from Stephen King's Cat's Eye, Mr Motivation from the new series of The twilight Zone and Sandkings and Valerie 23 from the New Outer Limits series.

Anthologies are great, especially when you don't have the time to watch a full movie.

From the anthology films I always liked the Poe episode from Torture Garden. Wonderfully overacted by Peter Cushing and Jack Palance.

Hitchock Presents--"Crystal Trench" is perhaps my personal favorite, but there are loads of great ones ("Revenge," "Breakdown," "Poison," "Bang! You're Dead," etc. etc.)

Hitchcock Hour--Again, lots of good ones. "Ride the Nighmare," "The Jar" and "Water's Edge" come to mind immediately.

Twilight Zone--So many classics, but I especially love "Long Live Walter Jameson" and "Walking Distance."

Outer Limits--"Demon With A Glass Hand" is simply amazing.

Karloff's Thriller--"Pigeons From Hell" is hard to beat imo.

Night Gallery. "They're Tearing Down Tim Riley's Bar" (beautiful stuff) and "The Caterpillar."
