Anyone know of more specific locations(not the London scenes) for Crucible of Terror -in particular Mike Raven's cottage?

I haven't seen this film for years but I recall it was near St. Agnes on the coast of north Cornwall.

Denis Meikle did an article on the Great Man in a Little Shoppe of Horrors (I think the issue on the Hammer Karnstein films). This might tell you if you could get hold of it.

Its a film that kind of lingers in the mind...
The 1971 movie ..........I remember a lot of people all packed into a
tiny cottage by the sea .... some foxy young ladies and Mike Raven on the prowl.
The summer weather there in North Cornwall... the sense of atmosphere.

The studio takes must have been in Shepperton.
Dear old Shep , surrounded by the Thames and lots of reservoirs...
John Lennon lived a stones throw away over in Weybridge ..
( till he met up with Yoko )

The beach looks like Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes. Some of the walking scenes overlook the Blue Hills tin mine in the valley at Trevellas Coombe.

Blue Hills, St Agnes, Cornwall, England, UK

    Question:
Does anyone know an official release date for this film and/or did anyone see it in the cinema back in the 70s?
The earliest reference I can find is the film showing on ITV at 10pm, Sunday April 3rd 1977 (The first time I saw it methinks)

Never saw it in the cinema but I did take Me Me Lay (The girl who'se with Mike Raven in the opening scenes) home from a party one night back in 70 or 71. In those days she lived in Cleveland Square Bayswater.
