Hello everyone at Britmovie. I'm trying to remember the title of a British Flick that had a Voodoo and/or Zombie theme, that had scenes set in a Soho Jazz club. It might have featured someone like Roy Castle ? As I recall it was in colour. Any ideas ? My best to you all.

The five protagonists [Alan Freeman,Neil McCallum,Christopher Lee,Donald Sutherland & Roy Castle] of the five stories look to Peter Cushing's Dr. Sandor Schreck for some explanation.

This was Amicus's first portmanteau horror. As well as those mentioned already you also get Max Adrian, Ann Bell, Michael Gough, Jennifer Jayne, Bernard Lee, Jeremy Kemp, Ursula Howells & the mighty Kenny Lynch. Oh and early roles for Phoebe Nichols, Judy Cornwell & Isla Blair.

This, Tales From The Crypt & From Beyond The Grave are probably my favourite ones but all have good things within them.

Fluff is out-acted by a creeping vine.

I'm sure julian might have a better idea but the cast from IMDB gives these two nuggets, Biff Bailey being Roy Castle's character.

Russ Henderson Steel Band... Themselves (segment 3 "Voodoo")

Tubby Hayes... Biff Bailey's Band (segment 3 "Voodoo") (as The Tubby Hayes Quintet)

I'll grab a screen or two of the scene and see if it sheds any further light.
