Thanks for that FG, I noticed that after I posted. Since there were no mobile phones in those days, I believe someone has manipulated the picture BUT since it's available at all good DVD shops, it's up to us to decide. XX

That should be Seventh Doctor.
This guy needs to get a grip. It's an old woman with something in her hand (probably a purse), talking to *gasp* the people operating the camera. Maybe she didn't want to be filmed, was trying to hide her face and was telling them off? Seems a tad more plausable than time traveller, n'est pas?
I can't see any "black device" maybe she just had earache!
It is a load of rubbish - some people have too much time on their hands!
