They also contribute to the culling of the great unwashed, therefore possibly easing the benefit burden on the taxpayer. Just examine the figures ..... one psychopath in a secure hospital costs the taxpayer approx �1500 per week. His victims, possibly on benefits (average quantity - 3), could cost the taxpayer approx �800 per week each. That's a possible saving of �900 per week.
