The Kiss (Theme from ATV's Love Story) by Jack Parnell and his Orchestra was released on a 45 rpm single in 1964 on Decca F. 11958 and often turns up on eBay. I have it in my collection.

I found a copy for you on GEMM.COM The seller has listed it by its B-side, but it's the same single. Reliable British seller. Single in excellent condition. About 8:67 in our currency (all items on GEMM are priced up in American dollars, but there is a currency converter tool on there).

Geoff Love also did a fine cover of The Kiss on his 1972 album Your Top TV Themes. He covered the later theme (Tony Hatch's Memories Of Summer) on the equally excellent follow-up LP Your Favourite TV Themes a few years later.

Yes, I'd forgotten that Kim may no longer have a record player and can only play CDs.

I bought an L.P. of Who Pays The Ferryman from Ebay before Christmas. As I have loads of records in my loft I intend to buy a record player, and listen to my hearts content.

Thank-you! Everyone who has replied. It is my 29th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow (23rd January) and it would have been nice to play it on this special day....

Because I am new on here, no-one can send me a Private Message.

If anyone please can attach it to my E-mail address I would be very grateful - kim(dot)baker at sky(dot)com

Sorry Moderators if I am not allowed to do this, let me know.....................................

    Hopefully,
    Kim
