this film is classic Bette Davis, its been a while since ive seen it but i remember Davis dominating the film from start to finish, the one liners from her are priceless.

I think for me the Bette Davis who shines in the cinema is the classic Hollywood one of The Little Foxes, The Letter, Now Voyager, All About Eve. Her horror films didn't really do much for me, Baby Jane and Sweet Charlotte being exceptions. The Anniversary - is that the one with a son who steals women's underwear from washing lines (or have I imagined that ...?).
