Amazon.ca has it up for pre-order:

    Marple Pale Horse: Amazon.ca: DVD

So, looks like that is it for McKenzie. They wouldn't be putting out a single disc if there were more comming with her in the lead.

    Wonder who will be next.

No more trains will be sold once the magazine leaves the station.

i wondered why the latest marple series hasn't appeared on dvd in the same manner as the recent poirot offerings? i'm sure the latest marple series was advertised as a forthcoming release on amazon.co.uk before the episodes were aired but i could not find it in a recent search.

You're right jay - we have series 4 complete (with McKenzie) but that's it. It doesn't include Pale Horse.

In Region 1 the way they have done it with the last Marple ones is:

    Agatha Christie's Marple - Series 5 (McKenzie)

The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side - The Secret of Chimneys - The Blue Geranium , W/BONUS PROGRAM - Agatha Christie's Garden

But the Blu-Ray release (due out June 21/11) of the same set includes The Pale Horse. Don't know if the bonus brogram is included as they
don't have the details posted yet. I know pale horse is there as it has the box art and indicates it on the front of it.

So for us that buy the regular DVDs we get the Series 5 and a single release of the pale horse and the blu are all in one box set.

So I am assuming that's all there will be for McKenzie. Although one should never "assume" when it comes to what studios are doing.

Was checking out the pre-order page again and noticed that this includes the 1997 version as well.

The Pale Horse starring Colin Buchanan (Dalziel & Pascoe), Jean Marsh (Upstairs, Downstairs),
and Andy Serkis (The Lord of the Rings)

So two movies in this release.

The 1997 version is much better but still failed to create the atmosphere of the novel for me!
The UK 'Marple' series 5 boxset which includes the latest version of 'The Pale Horse' is released in mid June.
