80's or 90's British teen film

Hi guys,
I've been looking for this film and probably this website for an age.

In the film one teenage schoolboy is being bullied by a gang.
It culminates in the gang attacking him, tying him to a chair and pushing him into a pool where I think he drowns.
It was a pretty intense film.
That's about all I can clearly remember,

I have this film, on video, its a British Drama about bullying, I met several of the actors involved in it.

Its called 'Walking on the moon' the whole thing is on youtube, here is the link for the first part. It is a deeply distrubing film, and very, unfortunately, truthful, in terms of its depiction of the problems facing us in schools today.
