Hi, I'm looking for the title to a british film made in the 90's. Not sure when exactly.
It's about youths in London, the usual drugs/violence/tower blocks/blacks-whites/schoolkids/prostitution etc.
The qoute from the film Bladerunner:
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain....
Time to die" is used a few times. One kid in a school class refers to it to his teacher.

I know it's not much to go on but does anyone know the title?

    Thanks

Flatland (2007) or Free Enterprise(1998) ? Both films parodied this speech.
