I thought i would start a new Thread to see how many films Brit Movie Members can think of that have featured the names of characters in the film titles that were also characters in the films, a few examples are Professor Bernard Quatermass - The Quatermass Xperiment (1955), Quatermass 2 (1957) and Quatermass And The Pit (1967), Jim Brannigan - Brannigan (1975), Buster Edwards - Buster (1988), the character of Sherlock Holmes has also featured in many films that have also had Sherlock Holmes in the film titles, i am sure Brit Movie Members can think of many more films that have featured the names of characters in the film titles that were also characters in the films, below is a clip from Brannigan (one of the films that i have mentioned).
