1970's film about Norfolk country people/life

I think it was the early 1970's a film was made in a Norfolk village with many of the local people playing themselves. I seem toremember some had ssuch broad accents they subtitle some of it. It was called something like Arkfield.

And does anyone know if it is available on DVD?
