    Unfortunately this is already a thing of the past with my local library service. They've stopped stocking DVDs and CDs and have sold off most of their stock. They have also cut right back on periodicals (although I think they still stock newspapers) and have slashed their opening hours to 38.5 hrs a week. The powers that be will start claiming user figures are down next...
