Channel Four documentary (30 mins) broadcast on Christmas Day, 2002,
marking THE SNOWMAN's 20th anniversary

There were interviews with Peter Auty, the outstanding boy treble in St. Paul's Cathedral Choir, who sang 'Walking in the Air' on the soundtrack, and Aled Jones, chosen by composer Howard Blake for the cover version which reached No. 2 in the Top 20.

Peter Auty, paid only 300 for his contribution, was left out of the closing credits in the rush to finish the original film, but was included in new opening credits celebrating its 20th anniversary. His long wait for recognition fuelled the myth that Aled Jones was treble soloist on the soundtrack.
