I remember seeing a horror film on tv during the mid-nineties.
From memory it is an anthology type US horror film from the late eighties.
It starts with some teenagers going through a spooky house. They get more and more frightened, to the point that one of them kills somebody with an axe - just as all the lights come on and a load of hiding guests shout "happy birthday"!
I think also from the same film one of the stories sees a woman being chased by some dogs through a city at night.
Can't remember if the film was much good - probably not - but just wondered what it is?
