THE AVENGERS: The Danger Makers (Charles Crichton: November 1965)
Gordon Lamble, head of the Chemical Warfare Establishment, climbs out of the hospital window, stands on the ledge and looks at the view.

Pretty sure I've got this one - just need to find a bit of time to confirm it.

Thanks Geoff - well spotted considering the only thing still standing are the flats in the top right hand corner.

Sorry guys, if you think this was from St Thomas's hospital Lambeth, there were never any houses on the same side of the road as the hospital.
That would mean the road opposite the flats is where the accident and emergency is and that area has always been fenced in.
If you watch the end of "genevieve 1953" they drive past the fence.

Sorry if I'm wrong, will try to d/l the episode to see if I can see a clue

From the 1945 photo on Google Earth with a pin for the new flats which are the only bit still standing. - proof positive.

So the pub in the foreground was the Danish Flag on Sudbury/Crozier St, the hospital expanded over the site and the new 'redirected' road is the Lambeth Palace Road which is on the right of the screen grab with the council block on the corner of Royal Street/Lambeth Palace Road.

Definitely St Thomas' - if you watch the rest of the footage the camera pans around and you can clearly see the bridge and County Hall.
