Pauline must be one of the "London Show Girls"

    Cracksman00001.jpg

The unknown girl is Galvanos assistant.

Here are the other London Show Girls:

Not that I'm trying to make cult favourite Toby the centre of attention ...

The "bloke" who chats her up, by the way, is tragic actor (and fellow Canadian) Al Mulock.

Curious coincidence: While doing a bit of research for my Davyd Harries post yesterday, I found he was in a Blake's 7 episode called Moloch.

Well done, phil! Can I call this "Woman in Audience" or do you have a more precise wording for me?

I've just been through all of 'The Human Jungle" with nothing to add - so I had a quick look at a 'Where The Spies Are" and look who is looking after the Alitalia desk at the airport.

Thanks, philly. Cropped for wearysloth, MovieDude:

Full image, ft. Jimmy Crawford and his band/backing singers. The Beatles would soon make them look and sound un-cool:

Jimmy's best known to me for his inferior cover of The Paris Sisters' I Love How You Love Me (produced by Phil Spector).

Nice one of Pauline. Not so nice one of Joe Beckett and possibly "Peter Evans' brother" in the background!

I missed Pauline in Thunderball last night (and Michael Culver). The film was so heavy going I lost interest halfway through. However, I did find this picture shortly afterwards. A Google search for co-star Janette Rowsell somehow led me to a number of 1960s premieres at Italian site Tips, whose captions are usually in French:

L'acteur David Reid verse du champagne Lanson dans une chaussure en compagnie des actrices
Pauline Chamberlain (a gauche) et Susan Barrett au Leicester Square a Londres le 14 mars 1963

    Roughly translated as:

Actor David Reid pouring Champagne Lanson in a shoe in the company of actresses Pauline
Chamberlain (left) and Susan Barrett in Leicester Square, in London, on 14th March, 1963.

Michael Caine turned 30 that day. If it's any help, This Sporting Life was showing at the Odeon and Sammy Going South premiered four days later.

I think this is my first ever Pauline spot - standing in the crowd watching the executions in the opening scenes of Carry On - Don't Lose Your Head. She's on our extreme right of the picture, standing behind the blonde girl who has her arms folded:

We see Pauline again a little later - she's in the background facing us in a dark grey dress and yellow apron:

She then appears at the window behind Kenneth Williams:

    Brilliant sightings of Pauline, Euryale!

I'm wondering if that's Lewis Alexander far right in the second picture with Fred Machon as the soldier in the centre. It might also be Dave Griffiths at the guillotine with the Big Cheese in the third picture.
