    Hi All,

I am new to this forum so firstly would like to say hello to my fellow film fans.

My favourite British film is - and this is by a long chalk - Kind Hearts and Coronets. IMO it is virtually flawless in every respect. Script, performances, direction and technical aspects all are of the highest order and the overall 'message' of the film make it a work as near to perfection that any human endeavour can achieve. I never tire of watching it and still laugh out loud in many places even though I can virtually recite the whole script. Remember if you will Dennis Price attempting to speak Matabele. I weep every time

Welcome to the forum dieselpower. You won't find many who will criticise your choice of favourite film and there are quite a few threads on this forum about the film itself, its locations, actors etc. The longest one is here http://filmdope.com/forums/yo...-coronets.html
