http://www.cftf.org.uk/catalogue/g.html states that it was in seven episodes, but for us, then, I imagine it would have been the full-length film. And if http://filmdope.com/forums/looking-video-dvd-film/85897-ghost-monks-island-dvd.html is anything to go by, then it's not available on DVD.
