Hi,
I missed this on TV programme (45 mins) on Monday last and cannot access BBC i-player.
Did anyone record it to DVD, by any chance?
Would be delighted if someone did - I would love to listen to " Concerto in ee, lad"!
Any help greatly appreciated!

I did record it, but it's not quite as good as I would like it to be. I also have the original live broadcast from BBC Radio 3 of the Aurora Orchestra, including the intermission, which comes in at just over two hours. I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet.

Would be great to see the Proms acknowledge other TV series composers - there was a brave attempt to perform some of Barry Gray's work for the Gerry Anderson shows at the RFH a while back, and it sounded amazing played live.

Agreed. It would be nice to have a tribute to the great pieces of tv music.
