"Hello I saw this movie about 7 years ago on UK TV.
It was a film about a sort of alien family who had moved into the English suburbs and were trying to fit in with the english people, they looked like normal people. It had a sort of beetlejuice theme to it.
The most memorable parts of the movie to me were:
The alien wife would say "Would you like any pineapple chunks?!"
Also the husband made a Tongue sandwich !
I honestly cant remember much more, but if you have seen it you will remember straight away from those 2 points I mentioned.
Really hope someone can help. Been googling on and off for years for this."

It never occurred to me to google pineapple chunks because I though that was a stray joke. But I guess you would think they would have.

I have the Urban Gothic series on dvd and the synopsis will.15 gives didn't ring any bells.i'll hunt it out and have another look at Pineapple Chunks.
As soon as I saw the thread title, I thought of Pineapple Chunks. One of my favourite episodes.
