Anglia At War (1993-1995)

I am currently watching the Documentary series Anglia At War on DVD, Anglia At War is a very interesting series which was shown on ITV in the 1990's (i can remember watching the series in the 1990's), i have watched five episodes so far and have still got 11 episodes to watch, there are lots of interesting stories in the series about events that happened in East Anglia during the Second World War, there are also lots of stories in the series about events that happened to people from East Anglia who went to fight abroad during the Second World War, some of the stories are very sad to hear about, there is a lot of interesting footage of East Anglia (from the Second World War) featured in the series, Anglia At War is a series that will interest anyone interested in the history of the Second World War, the series holds special interest for me, not only because i am interested in the history of the Second World War, but also because i have always lived in Norfolk (East Anglia), Anglia At War was narrated by Sir Ian McKellen, the 3 DVD Box Set which contains all 16 episodes of Anglia At War also includes all four episodes of the follow-up series Anglia At Peace, which was a Documentary series about life in East Anglia after the Second World War, below is a clip from Anglia At War.
