Well Spotted Cornershop. Not sure that's Ivor Dean. I think Ivor had much less hair by then. I remember The Invisible Man. I will probably have to buy it sometime.

I don't think that's Ivor either (!); I'm about to embark upon a viewing of THE INVISIBLE MAN series, so it'll be interesting to see who's visible.

Hi, Movie Dude. I got it wrong with Ivor Dean but there was no mistaking your Unknown Male #49
in last night's viewing of another H.G. Wells' Invisible Man episode, Point of Destruction (1959):

As a Barman serving villain John Rudling, 20 years before he played (Dame) Penelope Keith's butler in To the Manor Born.

I screencapped quite a lot of this first time round, almost four years ago, and was fortunate to find this image of your subject
in my folder. Long before I became aware of him, of course. During normal viewing, I got the impression he was a Foreign extra.

Well Sotted Cornershop. I'm surprised he hasn't been named yet. Perhaps it's because he 'is' a foreigner.

My pleasure, Movie Dude. Did you mean spotted or swotted, as in "study assiduously"? ()

You still haven't replaced Unnamed Extra #14 with Imogen Graham - Manicurist, I see. Perhaps just as well?:

I found out last night that Australian actress Tanya Binning appeared in the film. You'll know her from Carry On Cleo:

    :

That is actually wearysloth's screencap, which I think is a better match. More
pictures of 'Surfer Girl' Tanya, looking completely different, on these webpages:

The John Harding | Tanya Binning

Tanya Carol Binning - Fathom Oz

I can assure you she's the same lady we see in the Carry On image, but is that her in Repulsion? Hopefully, you'll think I was right the first time, with Imogen. Another possibility is the blonde who joins Catherine Deneuve's neighbours in witnessing her sad decline (#32 on your page).

I think both suit you quite well Cornershop. I certainly didn't mean you were worse the wear for the Christmas drink.

I promise I will get to Imogen (sooner or later). And I think you are were right the first time. It is Imogen. Having had a look around it doesn't look like Tanya very much. I really should do this film again but sadly it's another I did not keep. I'll probably have to get the DVD. Just got to find the crowbar to open my puse.

The Two Ronnies would have had a field day reading out these typos, Movie Dude!

Imogen it is then. My next 'Unnoticed' subject will be Ken Howard (hopefully tonight).

Hello again Movie Dude. I happened to find your Reach for the Sky gallery yesterday. Unknown Male #60 instantly rang a bell:

This is someone I've screencapped very recently, yet I wasn't sure where from. After trawling through some unsorted
images earlier I found him, in a casino scene from the H.G. Wells' Invisible Man episode Odds Against Death (1959):

I don't think we've seen him at this thread, have we? You'll recall that 49 is also there, with Lisa Daniely (previous page).

An excellent image of my man Cornershop. I didn't realise he had a mole on his lip. He does appear on here on page #89. A long time ago. He should have been named by now. We'll get his name one day (I hope)

Hello again, Movie Dude! You're quite right. He has appeared on these pages, in post #89, but Invisible Man seems to be the only new sighting.

Success with Unnamed Extras in 'A Night to Remember'?

I watched the first episode of Shadows of Fear last night (very entertaining) and was intrigued by the actor playing a Jeweller. The face seemed more familiar than the name - Charles Leno. Just one other credit in my DVD collection - an uncredited Seaman in A Night to Remember (1958). Trying to locate him in your gallery of 246 Unnamed Extras was a challenge but I think I've found him:

Unnamed Extra 184 (Seaman?) and Uncredited Priest in White Trap (1959)

The second image is from his Actors Compendium page, which includes an appearance in Cathy Come
    Home
. Maybe that's where I remember him from? A similar personality to another Charles - Lloyd-Pack.

I've identified Roland Brand twice before. Have I completed a unique hat-trick by revealing he's #68?:

Roland in A Night to Remember (?) & Ghost Squad - Assassin (1961)

Thank You again Cornershop. You are doing sterling work on my behalf. Charles Leno is also an unfamiliar name to me but that is surely him. Not so sure about #68 though. So I thought I would revisit the film to find a better image. I have been trawling for hours and for some reason I cannot find the clip but I have managed to find Jeff Silk, Aileen Lewis, Anthony Lang, Jack Manderville and George Spence plus a couple of my unknowns. I will have to get this film again on dvd and take a week off to update it.

MovieDude, could the guard about to be attacked by Victor Maddern in these screencaps from DOCTOR WHO "Fury from the Deep" Episode 5 (tx: 13.04.1968) be your Unknown male 114?

If so, then he could be Charles Finch.

I'd have to say no Gerald. I can see a similarity but I don't think it's him. I have seen your man before though. Those lips are unmistakable.

Unnamed Satanists in 'The Devil Rides Out' (1968)

Movie Dude, No. 16 is Richard Huggett and 17 looks like Eden Fox:

Richard had another uncredited role in the Scotland Yard short Bullet from the Past (1957), as an Estage Agent's Clerk:

With Ballard Berkeley, as Inspector Berkeley.

Thanks Cornershop. I've not heard of Richard Huggett before and looking at his filmography he does'nt seem to have done much in his career. Not so sure about Eden Fox though. It's a fair likeness but the ears don't seem to match and he looks a lot taller than the diminutive Mr Fox.

There's been some thought about the other Satanist being Bert Vivian.

I think I've heard that name somewhere before. He does look familiar. I bet I've got more images of him somewhere.

Yes, you have him for example as Unnamed extra 35 in THE HUMAN JUNGLE "The Flip Side Man".
