Can anyone identify any of these actors from Exodus (1960)?

    http://movie-dude.co.uk/[Extras]%20Exodus%20(1960).htm

Many are foreign but I'd say number 64 is stuntman Bob Simmons.
Nr 72 looks like Israeli-US actor Paul L Smith.
Number 91 even had a line to speak.

I recently found the marvellous movie-dude site and will be sending more requests like this one

    Direct link:

    Exodus Extras

Is #30 Nancy Gabrielle again (right, in The Black Windmill)?:

And Unnamed Extra 27 in Help!? Unless that's Megs Jenkins ...

Not sure about them Cornershop. And now that I look at Nancy Gabrielle's page again I'm not even sure I've got her right! Oh Dear!

I too have my doubts about the Exodus extra, Movie Dude, but am more positive that's her in Help!. Maybe she lost weight, like Madge Brindle?

Unnamed Extra 23 in On the Beat (1962) and 22 in Fahrenheit 451 (1966):

Possibly Dave Clark (who was an extra before he was a Pop star) and Billy Dean?

They don't look like Dave Clark or Billy Dean to me, cornershop. Dave has distinctive eyebrows and Billy is more heavily-set and has a cleft chin.

Movie Dude, I'm not sure that it's the same bloke in the two images of Unknown Male 104, but the one on the right is surely Robert Gallico.

Looks like you are right again Gerald. They 'do' look like two people. Robert Gallico is a new name to me but he appears in 'The Invisible Man', 'Interpol Calling' and 'The Four Just Men'. I have all three on dvd so I look forward to finding more images of him.

I'm up to my neck doing Oh! What a Lovely War at the moment and have a feeling that this may be John Walter Skinner. Am I right?

Sorry to take so long Christoffer. I've had a look at the images and you could be right about both of them. I did this movie many years ago and never took much notice of the cast list. This means I will have to do it again and take a lot more notice next time.

Thanks, Movie Dude: Here is meanwhile a link to the Ben-Hur page. Ben-Hur is THE movie. No movie will ever outshine it, but most of the extras here are Italians.

    http://movie-dude.co.uk/[Film]%20Ben-Hur%20(1959).htm
Nr 39 must be Finlay Currie. Don't think it is Peter Jeffrey.

    Extras list:
    http://movie-dude.co.uk/[Extras]%20Ben-Hur%20(1959).htm
The men giving food to the lepers are missing. According to the IMDB one is Edwin Richfield. Not sure, though.

    Cleopatra:
    http://movie-dude.co.uk/[Film]%20Cleopatra%20(1963).htm
Nr 43 is Finlay Currie's double, I think.

Thanks Christoffer. How on earth did I mistake Peter Jeffrey for Finlay Currie? He will just have to have two images on the page. I don't want to spoil the triple image.

    ..........................................

    Extra!

I have also found Edwin Richfield and put his image on the page.

Identifying faces in 'Oh! What a Lovely War'

You've done an amazing job with one of my Top 10 films, Movie Dude. I think I can help with most of these actors.

Paul Shelley is already accounted for on the main page (left) but he may also be Unnamed Extras 87, 96 and 51!:

    L-R - 106 is Jay McGrath; 99 - Frank Coda; 81 - Pippa Steel; 80 - Lind Joyce? ('Scoreboard Girls'); 114 - Freddie Ascott:

    Related Videos:

Frank is the soldier on the left in the Goodbye-ee sequence. Freddie is 'lead singer' in Hush, Here Comes a Whizz-bang

My final selection again includes additional sightings of actors you've credited on Page 1 but who return as Unnamed Extras:

The first two images are of P.G. Stephens (you have him as Paddy Joyce) and the next three are probably all Norman Jones.
Carole Gray would be my choice for the 'Chorus Girl' (bottom left), then two pictures each of Cecilia Darby and Ron Pember?

Am I right about Carole Gray? No doubt at all with P.G. Stephens. 1st and 3rd pictures from FanPix and TVRage respectively:

In The Avengers (1966) and Devils of Darkness (1964) ||||||| Only Fools and Horses (1986) and The Saint (1967)

The first one should actually be credited to dissolute but I found and copied it first at TVRage.

By the way, on page 2 there is one duplicate picture (Unnamed Extra No.s 76 and 83) and two
soldiers each have a different image (45 and 62 + 70 and 79). Hope that's not too much work!

It's certainly a lot of work Cornershop but never 'too much'. Some very good sightings. Most of the names are new to me which is why they ended up in the extra's. I kind of knew I was putting too many images of the same people but I was just having a lazy day. And of course I knew you and others would point them out sooner or later. I'll get round to those corrections soon.

Sorry, Movie Dude. I should have pointed out when you asked that John already gave his answer at 'Sighted' last year. You were right:

Are you in the middle of the trio on the right, John? Playing the Chaplain is Gerald Sim:

As luck would have it, the scene is on YouTube. A memorable solo from 'Soldier Singer' Maurice Arthur:
