    Unnamed Extras in 'Frenzy' (1972)

Eden Fox and Norman Johns perhaps?:

I remember saying that 3, right, is very like Freda Jackson,
(from Randall and Hopkirk - The Smile Behind the Veil):

From another episode of that series, That's How Murder
    Snowballs
, I think it's worth comparing the Nurse to 16:

You may remember the R & H blonde as the other subject at Can anyone identify two ITC extras?, which intoduced us to Pauline Chamberlain.
It's not Eden Fox, cornershop, but it might be Bert Vivian. I don't think it's Freda Jackson either. However, I think 7 is Roy Skelton, 9 is Hugh Elton, 10 is William Dysart and in the coutroom scene, I noticed Michael Bilton, Dudley Foster, Michael Barrington, Jim Brady and Reg Thomason.

Have to agree. Not Eden Fox or Norman Johns or Freda Jackson. But certainly Bert Vivian.

But I do think the nurse and the other girl are the same. Very well spotted Cornershop. I will add her to the unknown females.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Christoffer.

The unknowns in Ben-Hur are most probably Italian extra's and therefore we will probably never find out their names. If you know the names of any of them I would be interested.

Thanks for agreeing about the Mystery Blonde at least, Movie Dude. I saw Norman Johns in a Scotland Yard film earlier, The Last Train.

Unnamed Extras in 'Only Two Can Play' (1962)

Des O'Connor & future wife Gillian Vaughan in 1962:

Proof, I think, that she's #4 in this gallery, while #3 is named in a still I found at Google Images (direct link, hopefully).

Left to right: Hazel Squires ('2nd Pianist'), Tenniel Evans, Joanna Vogel, Gillian Vaughan, Bruce Wightman, Austin Cooper.

These seemed familiar too, at first glance, but they only look a bit like the faces I had in mind. 3 & 4 are the same man:

I'm expecting 0 out of 6 for Edward Underdown, Monica Evans, Duncan Lamont, Harold Goldblatt and Rita Tobin-Weske.

Yet another comparison! This time Susan Stranks.

In Sapphire and Carry On Teacher (both 1959):

Excellent work as usual Cornershop. I believe you are right with the first six. And I notice that Tenniel Evans & Austin Cooper were previously pointed out by Gerald along with Jack Dearlove.

The second group are, as you say lookalike's with the exception perhaps of Monica Evans? (a sturdy 'Welsh' name).

I've been looking at the very nice images of Susan Stranks on Google images and it looks like a different girl compared to your images. But young people's faces change so much in such a short time that it may well be her.

Hello again, Movie Dude. Thanks for confirming the first half dozen, and moving them to the main page for Only Two Can Play. I remember identifying Frances Bennett for you as well. She was still alive then

Regarding Susan Stranks, it's not just the similarity between the two images that convince me she's Unnamed Extra 5 in Carry On Teacher. The star of the film was her future father-in-law Ted Ray!

    Carry On Comparing

1 and 2 - The Rita Tobin-Weske lookalike in Carry On Cowboy (1966) and Only Two Can Play (1962)?

3 and 4 - Another Harem Girl from Follow That Camel (1967) and Angela Grant in Tales from the Crypt (1972)?

5 and 6 - Maurice Connor in Carry On Loving (1970) and Unnamed Extra 45 in Oh! What a Lovely War (1969)?:

Thanks Cornershop. I think your right again with Maurice Connor & Extra #45. Well spotted. Not sure about the others.

Meanwhile having just done Interpol Calling - You Can't Die Twice, I'm fairly sure I know these but the memory is letting me down again.

Glad you agree about Maurice Connor. I really think that is Angela, aka 'The Latin Lady'. Her dark hair and eyes recall Barbara Steele.

The man in the middle is John Gabriel:

Isn't your Unnamed extra 8 for that episode John Tatum?

I also thought it was John Tatum when I first saw him but when he moves about it looks like a different person. But I've had another good look at him and I think you are right Gerald, it is John Tatum after all.

The first one looks like an older Neil Hallett:

From The Saint - The People Importers (1968).

Well done Cornershop. That's the man. I remember the other actor from way back. He used to appear mostly in comedies I think. Bit of an odd character.

I'm not sure if this helps or hinders, but here's an even earlier shot of Susan Stranks, from Madeleine (1950).

Courtesy of Michael Stevenson and as arranged via Scott Palmer, here are a couple of IDs to be welcomed:

Unknown Female 26 is Sadie Slade

    and, at long, long last

Unknown Male 107, otherwise known as Not Andy Alston

    is Paul Beradi

There may be some doubt about the spelling of his surname as it's not come up before. philly, is he in any of the Kaleidoscope lists by any chance?
