Ah. Joe Beckett of course. I was thinking Harold Sanderson for some reason but knew I was wrong. Thanks Gerald.

On the subject of The Rebel, rebellious UE 26 seems to be Bob E. Raymond, 35 John Abineri and 69 Rex Garner.

Well, it's a bit less rebellious now. Not sure that can be Rex Garner though. Looks a bit too old to me. And the Eugene Deckers lookalike is now Unknown Male 33. I think I also know two of the unknown ladies.

Yep. As I thought. Just spotted Mabel Etherington.

OK. Done those. Still not sure about these though. The first looks about 20 years older than the second.

......and who is the unnamed lady #67. I'm certain I know her from somewhere.

I don't know about 67, but you've got the two Rex Garners there. The first is an extra who nearly always played waiters (though he got a line or two from time to time) and the other is a character actor, often in supporting comedy roles, who often sported a clipped moustache.

Ah! Two Rex Garners. That solves that problem. Although IMDb have probably got them mixed together.

    Edgar Wallace - Flat Two

Thanks Movie Dude, and thanks Philly for suggesting it. Changed him on Aveleyman now too. We need to add Philly's Edward Evans lookalike, and Ger;ad's Lon Chaney double to the fold, too, if they haven't been already.

    In Invisible Man-
Behind the Mask: unnamed extra 25 is Hyma Beckley, and 6 and 10 are same image.
The Locked Room: I think unnamed extra 2 is your Unknown Male 31, and 9 is Fred Berman.

The two Rex Garners are intermingled on IMDb, but only a couple credits for our waiter extra (Night and the City and an episode of Misleading Cases). I have wondered if they were related.

Back to Flat Two and UE 11 looks like Roy Everson.

For The Material Witness, UE 3 is Fred Machon and 17 is Harold Sanderson.

I would say definitely George Hilsdon and Unknown Male 31, probably Hyma Beckley, inconclusive Roy Everson, his nose is usually the give away but its a bit blurred in the cap. Fred Stroud has been nagging me for a while, I keep going back to the cap, all the features fit , it's the 'character' pose that is putting me off, did he have any acting training or was he in rep ? I think Harry or Jim would know if its him.
