Listening to my fave Saturday morning radio programme, "Sounds of the 60's " & they played the title track from the above film sung by John Sheldon

Apparently this film concerns a salesman who also has to use "strong arm" tactics on customers who are uisng the means of the "never, never" ie hire purchase/credit

Anyone know anymore about this film ?

The first X-cert film I ever saw. I couldn't find it at first on IMDB, then I discovered it under the stupendously daft alternative title of "Flight from Treason"

Starred the excellent and sadly underrated Ian Hendry.

well there's a very good reason for watching it, also as an "Avengers" fan, so sad that so few of his episodes exist

Thanks for the prompt response guys - is it available ?

    Co-stars, director ?

That depends on your settings if you're logged in or which country you're connecting from.
It shows for me as Live Now - Pay Later (1962)

Highly recommended. Sadly it's a bit dated as it's all about unprincipled deception, greed and the perils of living beyond one's means. Not really relevant to today.

Or which country your DNS says you're connecting from.

Still a stupendously daft title though.

Great film! One of the stars in this movie is the Bedford van that always comes to a stop after Ian Hendry has got out. Yes, recommended.

And, of course, it stars the very lovely Liz Fraser.

Until he gets out with the handbreak still in his clutches and the van keeps going until it crashes. Sums up living on the never, never very well.
