It's Seacoal (1985).

Being from Sunderland I've always been interested in any films that were made in the area, which unfortunately are few and far between. However, when I was at Northumbria Uni I was looking through the intranet databases and found a film about someone who leaves Sunderland to live on a gypsy caravan site on the durham coast (or somewhere like that, I have a very vague memory of watching it). Anyway at the very beginning it has a clip of a car pulling up at the Hendon Garths area in Sunderland and a woman (I think) jumps in the car and they leave. I've been racking my brain trying to remember what the film was called! It definitely has the word "COAL" in its title and it is set in the 1970s. Can anyone help with jogging my memory of its title please? Or even post a link to a clip of it on here for me? thanks :)
