Hi heres a toughie for you !
I have been racking the old bean for ages trying to remember title of an animation/film I saw as a child, It stuck with me as it had a great message which I have adhered to since, I would like my boy to have the chance to learn it to, fingers crossed.
I remember a kid in a red car I think with a dog in an imaginary world, it was very colourful bordering on pysicohdelic,
they were on a journey and this part was about concentration, the car was getting stuck in very sticky ground and they were getting very foggy and lethargic, then he realises that they hed to think, the more they could remember or use their brains the clearer things became and the car could get moving,
it was similar to Jamie and his magic torch but I think it might have been american, I'm pretty sure it was a movie not a short. aired around christmas time and must have been mid 70's

hope you help mine experts !
    cheers Paul

That's very impressive, SilverTyne. The whole film is on YouTube, uninterrupted:

A very clever film. Well made animation (mixed animation and real people) and a clever story, sneaking in an educational message
