Japanesse boardroom head chopped off

Hi Guys, I'm trying to trace a film that Sky where showing about a year or so ago. The movie starts in a Boardroom full of Japanesse execs, a stripper then enters the room and a party then starts. One of the execs then produces a Samuria sword and decapitates the stripper. Quite a gory and shocking start, can anyone help me out?

South Korea strikes a bell with me, but it's not Rising Sun. The decapitation scene was very disturbing.
