I did have this complete on audio cassette - but am not sure where it is nowadays. Is this one of the BBCs recordings that were thoughtlessly erased back then?

It consisted of Harty chairing a sort of WITH GREAT PLEASURE in which Keith, Stritch and Alan Bennett read extracts from their own and others' works. I only have the Alan Bennett pieces on VHS, one of them from his yet-to-be-performed play ENJOY. When it was performed in 1980 it only ran for seven weeks and was considered his first flop. But his recitation of the contents of a mantelpiece such as that of his father, is absolutely brilliant. I would dearly like to find out whether anybody taped the whole programme in June 1980.
