With regard to the Eastwood's house its obviously a well heeled suburban area of greater London and there's a distinctive large house painted black and white on the left of the avenue~hoping someone might recognize it..Charlie.

Perhaps someone could tell me where I can get a decent print of this film? Been looking for years.

It is commercially available on DVD, but as for a "decent print", er....

PS I think the house is in Richmond.

Agutter Fan - As far as I am aware, there are no decent prints of this around. I have two versions of it and I think all you are likely to find on Ebay etc are copies of these prints:

    - a copy of the old pre-cert VHS titled 'Velvet House'. Unfortunately, this print chops off the first 2-3m of the film in order to fit it on a 90E tape. It does have Sharon Gurney using the F word though in a dinner conversation. It also seems to run at 24fps as well (or at least it runs at the same speed as the USA version - see below).

    - the USA DVD titled 'Crucible of Horror'. I think this is a dupe of an earlier USA VHS though and is of poor quality. In the dinner conversation, Sharon Gurney's F word has been redubbed as 'bloody' (presumably so that the film could get a 'PG' rating from the MPAA). Didn't spot any other cuts. This DVD is relatively cheap on Amazon and I don't believe it is region encoded.
