Have you checked the locations on the IMDb?

They give some fuller addresses. The Wormholt Estate is off Hemlock Road, Acton. Steph's supermarket is (or was, it's been demolished) on Goldhawk Road, Shepherd's Bush.

    QUADROPHENIA…Director…Franc Roddam…

    Cast Inc…Sting…Phil Daniels…Toyah Wilcox…Leslie Ash…

About thirty of the boys were bussed down to Brighton dressed as policemen.

We were going to recreate the Mod’s and Rocker’s scenes of the early 60s.

Mobs coming up from London to fight on the beeches.

(I used to do that twenty years before, only at Bognor Regis, not Brighton.)

When I think how stupid I was in the late 50s early 60s to travel all that way to get into a punch up I might as well stayed at home and had a row with the geezer next door. (Saves time)

This time it was different as I was dressed as a copper. (You do stand out a bit)

We told all the kids that this was only acting and we would be using rubber bricks and rubber sticks. (I forgot about the latecomers.)

After two days filming we all had a few bruises but were well paid for our trouble and headed back to London. (It became a cult film)

    Aitch,

I just want to get a plug in for a new Quadrophenia site .... go here.. Quadrophenia - Schizophrenic I'm Bleeding Quadrophenic . You'll find that Jimmy rides south along Gravesend Road and the P.O. van is travelling west along Sawley Road in Wormholt when they collide. Stuff all to do with Hemlock Road or Yew Tree Road as you'll read elsewhere. If you wanna make out under a canal bridge may i suggest the Great Western Road.. Get off at Westbourne Tube Station and head North... It's a 12 month project so please bare with us... we know 90% of locations, just uploading them..... OK one more.... the scrapyard is opposite the Bramley Arms pub.. in the film looking back out of the scrapyard you can see the Bramley Arms window.. Bramley closed in late 1988...early 99..

I've got some photos of some of the locations as they look now (Took some snaps over the last couple of days). I've got Jimmys House, The Party House in Wembley, Bramley Arms, Goldhawk Road, Alfredos Cafe and I think some shots of where the club is in the opening sequence (although I'm not sure about that one).

Wish I'd seen your site earlier it would have saved me a lot of time and legwork!

Ok, that's a shame, it seemed quite interesting. Thankyou for the reply.

Hi ommerum, I'm not sure of the name of the restaurant, but the building is on the corner of Goldhawk Road & Woodger Road..

Many thanks, I've just located where Chalky gets run off the road by the rockers. It was a side road off Denham road in Denham.. address is on the site, thanks again, do you know if the chemist, record shop and tailors might be on the Goldhawk road aswell.
