Saw this movie for the first time last night and was blown away by it. The acting from all concerned was first class most notably Jonathan Pryce. It was simply a very moving film.

From what I recall it was critically acclaimed and did fairly good business at the box office. Therefore I would have thought the other two books in the trilogy by Pat Barker (The Eye in the Door & The Ghost Road) would have followed.

Anyone with any knowledge as to why they didn't?
