Can anyone help to identify this film

Desperatly trying to put a name to this film. Probably made in the late 50s early 60s. Its about two London kids who decide to go to Liverpool for somehting to do. One of the kids was black and gets called names by a copper. I think that the actor who played the copper was also in Angry Silence.

Sadly this is not the film that I'm looking for. All I canr emeber is that one of the actors who also appeared in The Angry Silence played a copper in the film I'm trying to put a title to. It was a long time ago and I only ever saw the film screend once on TV - I just destinctly remember of the film that two kids decide to travel to Liverpool just for somwthing to do and one of the kids gets called names by this copper because he's black. Can anyone help?
