    I apologise guys and gals as this is extremely vague.

    It was a silent film. It was far from the silent era though - probably early 60's.

    I can't remember any names I just remember it was a black and white short film, kinda slapstick sketches throughout, and there was a Land Rover - it would have been an SII/SIIA with the inboard headlamps - parked alongside a caravan near some trees.

    Last time I saw it, it wouldda been screened mid-afternoon in the early 80's.

    This sounds like the short film (36 min) THE INTREPID MR. TWIGG. (1968). Directed by Freddie Francis and starring Roy Castle.

    I think this was show on C4 in the 1980's.
