Does anyone have a copy of Lewis Gilbert's Friends (1971) ?
I saw this movie twice on late night TV, and on both occasions I was zonked out of my head with the flu and fell asleep. So if anyone has a copy they want to sell or trade then I will be happy to hear from them.

Sorry, merryowen, I would have been happy to share my copy of Friends with any still out there interested in it, a few years ago...
Unfortuneatly, here in Southern California, we have the odd Forest Fire every now and again,; and much of my collection of rare records & books went up in the Cedar Fire, when it attacked outer Ramona, CA. All my videotapes were stored with the bulk of the records/ books collection, now destroyed.
Does anyone have a copy for ME as well, now, I could ask?

That is tragic, she was only 52.
Do you know the cause of death?

My God, WiseFilm, that is heartbreaking.
I look at some of the tack on my shelves (do I really need Ian Heath's "A wargammer's guide to the Crusades"?) and know that most of it is long overdue for a trip to Oxfam.
But I know that is not going to happen.
As soon as a I lay hands on a copy of "Friends" I will let you know.
