Has anyone got this, please? I loved it, and I'm kicking myself for not having recorded it when it was on a few weeks ago!

There's an answer to a letter in the back of this week's RadioTimes (14-20 April). look for the You Ask Us section on page 145.

I've heard that at long last, Tutti Frutti is to be repeated! Is it?

    James Beaumont, Nottingham

Almost certainly, yes: John Byrne's Bafta-winning comedy drama, which launched the careers of Robbie Coltrane and Emma Thompson when it was first shown in 1987, should be reshown soon for the first time in years. the series told the story of a fictional Scottish rock 'n' roll band, the Majestics, and featured a great deal of 1960s music.

BBC4 channel executive Mark Bell tells RT: "BBC4 is hoping to be able to broadcast Tutti Frutti. However, there are legal issues surrounding rights that we're investigating. We're making every effort to resolve these issues and hope that this acclaimed drama will be brought back to our screens as soon as possible."

I can't get BBC4 - would need to buy a new ærial and a digibox. As I'm a) on the dole and b) in a rented flat and unsure of ærial status, this is unlikely to change for the foreseeable future.

Well, bear in mind that some kind soul will record the series (whenever it gets screened) and make sure that a copy arrives with you.
