name='ChristineCB']We've got 5 cats in our neighborhood - 3 friendlies and 2 unfriendlies ("I'll let you pet me only as long as I want, and then I won't leave without a swat or a hiss" - grrr). The friendlies disappointed my husband who thought he'd made a fortune in the PCSL (Professional Cat Soccer League), because he spent time teaching them to chase a paper-ball. Unfortunately, even with videotaped training sessions for them, he was never able to teach them rules or even effective scoring. It's one of his biggest disappointments, he said. Then he asks me to sew little colors and ties for them. And I can't believe I do it!
Professional? How much is he paying them?

Most cats like playing "knuckles" - and it speeds up your reactions

He wasn't too precise on their projected salaries, but calculated his standard agent's fee of 98% would be enough to 'cover his costs of wadded-up newspaper' that he used for soccer training. Oh yes, the man's a REAL spendaholic. Oh yeah...

He said he was fairly certain he'd host a World Cup every two years, inserting the worldwide TV coverage between the two Olympic years, and letting the 'other' World Cup suck up the last drop of interest and advertising dollars.

    Well, that's what he said...

By the way, I'm also the only sane person in our household, too.

name='ChristineCB']Those were just my check-out lane flip-flops for Harley's benefit, but I'll switch back to cat-in-hat shortly.

Those little things? Actually, you might like the tall boots more. I do because they're silk lined, but they require tres-shorts and a matching black whip, and my cruel mate snagged it with his free hand the last time I used it on him. He does nothing but swing from a few ropes, under the bells, and then complains about his lot in life.... oh gimme a break... I don't believe it's really MY fault he's now hunchbacked...

"Sag' mir, wo die Bilder sind" or words to that effect. Where is the latest image?

I go away for a few days and Christine is a blank. Most disappointing--won't say that the ever-changing avatar was a highlight in my life, but it was certainly amusing.

Many of us appreciated your inventiveness and humor. Please come back with a stunner!
