    Hi,
    I'm after two Parkinson episodes;
    Peter Sellers from 1974
    James Cagney from 1981

    PM me if you can help.
    Thanks,
    Mark.

    Can anyone tell me which guest did a spooky story about an Indian servant? The story goes: the servant sees death in the market and thinks he has offended him and so borrows his master's horse and goes to another town. Here, death comes to him in any case and before he takes him, the servant asks why he'd looked angry in the market - death replies he hadn't been angry, he'd been surprised to see him there when he knew he had a date with him in this other town the following night!

    Not so scary now, but as a kid I found it very effective. Wish I could remember who it was - but it must have been a big horror star: Price? Lee? Cushing?

    I think they turned down the lights and you could hear a pin drop.

    Can't help with your actual enquiry but it's an old story. Someone (Merlin?) tells it in The Sword in the Stone and Christie took the title Appointment with Death from it.
