    name='1stas']Come on -

    The Famous Five - you couldn't meet a nicer bunch of stereotypes.

    I never really got on with the Secret Seven.

    Can we do a poll?

    Is there anyone out there who prefered the 7 to the 5 (in all my 55 years I have never met anyone who has yet).

    I thought that the Famous Five were suitably ripped apart by the Comic Strip's Five Go Mad in Dorset

    My favourite comic strip was "The Strike". It took the mick out of just about everything.

    I remember it well!

    That was my personal favourite.

    I think it's time for some repeats.

    A Fistful of Travellers Cheques for me ... but I reckon it helps that I am a spaghetti western fan.

    Is that what you're currently reading, Steve? Can I borrow it after, please?

    I used to have "Be Brave Little Noddy" with a lovely picture of him in bed with Big Ears. (Not Steve - Noddy)

    Come on - open it up and let's see them together in bed!

    Atonement and Daniel Day Lewis will probably win their Oscars because the Academy members are such snobs they want to show that they do culture.

    Haven't seen three of the best film contenders but I much preferred Atonement to No Country for Old Men
