I knew "One Foot in the Grave" was filmed in Walkford, and believe his (seventies neo-georgian) house was in Tresillian Way, off Glenville Road. I now have a house in Glenville Road and am told it was used in the filming, and that for the show the house was covered in snow? It is a double fronted red brick Edwardian house and would have been in a run-down state at that time. Can anybody shed any light on this or does anyone know which episode this scene was in? I would love to see it. Many thanks.

I believe the episode was The Man Who Blew Away, from Christmas 1994.

Or possibly "The Wisdom of the Witch", another episode that featured snow.
